Hi Laura, I know we talk all the time but I have thourghly enjoyed reading your blog. It is a struggle to try and capture in words all the smells, sounds, vibrancy and life you have experienced so far but your enthusiasm jumps right off the page. Keep it up if you can because sharing trips like yours can have a positive impact on a much wider group than you may think! Enjoy your last few days in Sri Lanka and beware of cute monks!

First your english speaking and reading relatives thank you for writing this in english! You are having a great time and what volunteer experiences you have had! I am sorry you hurt yourself....be careful...don't get so creative in exploring especially in the dark, dear niece. Loving all the pictures you and your new friends are posting. Keep them coming. Laura! This is such a great overview of your trip so far. I'm thrilled that you're having such a wonderful time and that you felt at home in India. You certainly looked happy in the pictures you posted to Facebook. Next time I see you, I want you to teach me some Bollywood dance moves, so keep practicing! Enjoy the babies and monks and turtles!

NB. Veel van de plaatsen hebben wij ( + Margot ) ook bezocht.
NB. Overmorgen = Ma. 3 nov. , vertrek ik onverwacht één maand naar Nepal. Mark en Katia huren nog een huisje , in Kathmandu. Daar ga ik een sabatical month , alleen , verblijven.
